This 75 minute DVD filmed in Verbier, Switzerland, takes you through a unique pilates-based exercise routine – specifically tailored for skiers and snowboarders. In addition, there is 25 minutes of action footage and interviews with some of Europe’s leading Freeriders and Coaches.

The DVD focuses on core strength, balance and co-ordination, body awareness and flexibility. All of which can help to prevent injury and dramatically improve performance.
